Policies, Terms and Conditions

By registering for a Meadow & Muse Creative Studio class, workshop, retreat, or event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Class Registration and Payment Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Your registration reserves your seat, supplies, instruction, and preparation for the selected class. Spaces are limited, and classes may sell out. Cancellations and Refunds If you need to cancel your registration, Meadow & Muse may offer a 50% refund when cancellation is requested before the class date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are generally nonrefundable because supplies, seating, and preparation have already been arranged. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to a friend or family member by notifying us before the class begins. If Meadow & Muse must cancel or reschedule a class because of weather, illness, low enrollment, venue changes, or another unforeseen circumstance, guests will be offered a full refund, credit toward a future class, or the option to attend the rescheduled event. Hosted Venue Policies Our classes may be hosted at wineries, coffee shops, farms, restaurants, and other community locations. Each guest agrees to follow the host venue’s rules, policies, staff directions, parking guidelines, and food and beverage policies. Food, drinks, wine, coffee, and other purchases from the host venue are separate from Meadow & Muse class registration unless the event description specifically states that an item is included. Guests are responsible for their own food and beverage purchases. For winery events, guests must be 21 years or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Meadow & Muse does not provide, sell, serve, or manage alcohol. Guests are responsible for making safe transportation arrangements and for drinking responsibly. Arrival and Late Attendance Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled class time so you can check in, order a drink if desired, settle into your seat, and begin with the group. Classes begin on time. Guests who arrive late may miss part of the instruction, and Meadow & Muse cannot guarantee individual catch-up instruction. Supplies and Finished Projects Most class supplies are included unless otherwise noted in the event description. Each guest will receive the materials needed to complete the planned project and may take home their finished creation. Because handmade art is personal and each guest works at a different pace, Meadow & Muse cannot guarantee that every participant will complete the full project during class. Guests are welcome to continue their project at home when appropriate. Safety and Participation Guests participate in Meadow & Muse classes at their own risk. Some workshops may involve sharp tools, needles, paints, clay tools, glass, adhesives, small pieces, heat, natural materials, or other craft supplies. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children attending family or children’s classes. Please let us know in advance if you have allergies, sensitivities, mobility needs, or other concerns that may affect your participation. While we will do our best to create a welcoming experience, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment at shared public venues. Photography and Social Media Meadow & Muse may take photographs or short videos during classes for use on our website, social media, email newsletters, and future event promotion. By attending, you give permission for your image and artwork to be used unless you notify us in writing before the event begins. Respectful Community Meadow & Muse classes are designed to be peaceful, encouraging, and welcoming. We ask all guests to treat instructors, venue staff, fellow participants, and shared materials with kindness and respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful, without a refund. Changes to Terms Meadow & Muse may update these terms and conditions as needed. The terms in effect at the time of registration will apply to your class or event.
